How to Promote a Blog?

Before anything else I would like to say Sorry, I wasn't able to update my blog for 2 days now. I've been busy with work.

I have been a blog fanatic for a couple of months now. The day that I created an account in blogger.com and start creating my first blog, the first thing that worries me is how to promote my blog that would get traffic so that people can read all the articles that I write. According to them the very important person in the world of blogging is the readers.

So what I did are the following:

• Research
• Talk to some reliable people
• Apply it to my blog

Based on the things that I did I found some ways on how to promote a blog, that would help author to get more traffic coz for some traffic means money.

Here's the things that you need to do.

For your blog:

1. Update your blog atleast 3 times a week for the reason that you need to gain the trust of your readers.
2. Content is very important so you need to be reliable and honest.

Now how to promote it?

JOIN SOME SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE:

• Friendster
• Myspace
• Facebook

RSS FEED:

Join Feedburner!

This way you can reach to those readers who are using rss feed readers. It also let your readers be updated 'bout your blog.

hint:

• Visit Springwidgets its an RSS Reader widget that you might want to create and when your done creating the widget make sure your post it in all Social Networking Site I listed above.

JOIN SOME BLOG DIRECTORIES:

• Blogcatalog
• Blogexplosion
• Blogflux

JOIN SOME FORUM SITES:

• Blogger Forum
• Add My Forum
• 5 Star Affiliate Marketing

There's some other ways to promote your blog but the things that I posted are more effective in getting more traffic or readers. But don't forget that you also need to be consistent as a member. Visit the sites from time to time if your free, answer some discussions, visit some blogs, comment on some blogs that you visit, and lastly be active.

I will do more research so that the next time I will post the other ways on how promote a blog. So wait for the next anthology. Thanks and Patience is Virtue.

New Year Special

Before I go back in teaching or telling everyone how to earn money online. Please let me say thanks to all the programs that I think gives me the opportunity to buy new cloths, eat in some fancy restaurants, treat my friends and family, and spend some money in some useless things.

There's alot of ways on earn money online but the question is HOW?

You may know how to do it but still its hard earning some money for the reason that we don't know how the program works. (program = websites that gives opportunity for their members to earn money) Luckily I actually stumble in some decent programs eventhough before It's really a tough time to know if its reliable or not. But because of my special motto PATIENCE is VIRTUE it helps me to prove to everyone even myself that you can actually earn money online. It's not necessary that you need to buy a book or anything but to read and follow the steps that is presented. I did some research before posting it, read some articles, joined some forum discussions and even ask reliable people. And lastly I don't promise that you will be getting alot of money by 1 month or so. Or even tell you that I already own some houses and cars. Enough is enough let's start.

This is my tribute for my New Year and New Earnings:

And earn by letting people invite you to be there friends, read you review, comment on your reviews and rated it. So alot of ways to earn money if you join the program.
4. Neobux: for letting your member go to the website and view the advertisement then earn money. And you will earn more if you refer people to the website. So click now! hehehehe
5. ZoneAlarm: for being a good and reliable security software there is in the market. And I've been using you for 2 years now and I am still virus, spyware, and worm free. Thanks for that.
6. Computer Geek: the website that reminds me everyday that I am using an obsolete computer. It's not old but obsolete, what's the different. Technology evolves everyday so that means that I need to buy computers everyday? Guess not.
7. Ashley Madison Dating: for telling me that I need to find a girlfriend and not stuck being alone. Sad right?
8. GoDaddy: for reminding me that I need to buy my own domain name and not stuck being a blog. Blog is a good thing and I am not complaining blogger.com. Sorry!
9. Blogger: for the opportunity to create a blog that is earning so much money and you give it to me for free. Without you guys I don't have adsense and affiliations.
10. And lastly Myself for being so patient and positive last 2008.

Hoping it will be the same this year. Oops! the same but more earnings.....

Make Money thru Dating Sites

Commonly, when you apply for affiliation online you will be hearing Pay per Click and Pay per Impression. Thu those are the easiest way in earning some money online but lets not forget the PPL or Pay per Lead.

So what is Pay per Lead?

It is other way in earning money online. The only thing that I can say about this PPL is its really an other option of the affiliates to earn money online since the only thing that it does is let someone enter or sign up in the program(this would be the website of a company)fill up some information then when the person click submit automatically you will receive a money depending of how much the advertiser(the company) bid for PPL.

The best thing here, unlike Pay per Sale the person signed up with the program is not necessary need to buy a products from the company. So it does not give the impression that you are not forcing the person to buy anything. And other thing that is very important some programs let you do upgrade, this would mean that when time comes that the person under your name(your affiliate) buy an item in the company that would lead to the so called Pay per Sale. In short you will be receiving more money from it.

How about the Payment Range.

Unlike the Pay per Sale you will be getting from $10 -$100 or more depending on the price of the item and also how much the commission is(where talking about percentage). In the Pay per Lead is from $0.50 to $10 its easy money and such amount is a good way in earning extra. But you don't know maybe soon those people under your affiliate number will buy a product in the programs that you refer to them, so it leads to Pay per Sale. Remember: Patience is a Virtue.

Better check the program policy coz there are some programs that focuses on a specific countries(hope you get my point).

Other Options:

Another strong suggestion to get quality incoming links and PR is to run press releases about your site once per month. You can do so on sites like www.prweb.com for $40-$80. Even if you don’t have anything news-worthy to say, the important thing is that search engines will pick up the press releases and they will generate good PR incoming links for your website. Just create a simple press release on how wonderful your website is. Spending $80 guarantees your release will be picked up by Google News and Yahoo News.

A few more incoming link strategies:

1. On forums that allow you to post with a signature with a URL, such as www.WarriorForum.com, you should always have a keyword rich link to your website in your signature. Search engines spider these pages daily and any quality link back to your site is good.
   
2. Copy and paste a few paragraphs from your website in order to create articles on GoArticles.com and EzineArticles.com. Be sure to link back to your site in the articles. Once these articles get indexed you’ve got instant high quality backlinks to your site.
3. Create a blog at Blogger.com. Regularly make posts to it using text from your website, and include a link back to your site. Once you post your entries, go to Pingomatic.com and ping it so that it will hopefully get picked up somewhere, giving you backlinks to your blog, which will help because your blog links to your website.
